Don't expect too much. It took me at maximum 3-4 hours to write
dotGopher and my menu format is not compatible to anything.

I'd be very interested in seeing this application and the sources
posted,
and if the code is stable enough we might see even more gopher servers
start popping up with availability of a decent Win32 compatible server.
