There are some sample gopher+ entries at 
gopher://www.polarhome.com:27070 (see ask/ and gateways/ menus). 
However, these are just scripts shipped with old UMN gopherd 
distributions, I only installed them and didn't check them all. But 
atleast you can see gopher+ menus there with UMN gopher client and 
sometimes even send something to the server :)
