Florida I suspect a large number of the people reading this would LOVE to have a BTL site in Florida (or better yet, in California). We're sick of paying high heating bills and being frozen in for 3 months. Living in New Jersey is not exactly a big selling point to new employees, either. However, we peons don't make such decisions. The management is dead set on keeping everything in New Jersey. Non NJ locations are fairly rare and seem to have been created by flukes. While there are zillions of new sites starting in NJ, outside that state they only seem to keep the existing sites to avoid losing all their people. (There is expansion going on at IH, too, but that's even colder!) By the way, the weather is getting downright nice up here this week, too. It hit 79 in Cincinatti yesterday. Now if it weren't for all the damn thunderstorms that keep knocking out the power...
