The mailing list software on complete.org was upgraded this afternoon. It had last been updated back in July. Until recently, it had been running fine, so on the principle "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" it had not been touched. However, one of the lists hosted here started to hit a snag, so the upgrade was necessary.

Since the last upgrade, the list software has been renamed from Listar to Ecartis. Therefore, you can now reach the software with ecartis@complete.org (or another domain). To ensure compatibility, all listar@ addresses will continue to function as well.

Please let me know at <jgoerzen@complete.org> immediately if you notice any unusual difficulties. To ensure a smooth upgrade with no mail lost, mail delivery has been temporarily suspended but will resume shortly.
