<p>Bucktooth under Cygwin worked great for me. But you have to comment out
the checks for /etc/services in the install routines since /etc/services
is  a symbolic link in cygwin.

<p>Cygwin seems to be needed anyway, as though Windows has perl, it doesn&#x27;t
have inetd.
